Like any London hotel, an on-site Concierge is at hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Concierge not only meets and greets you or your guest on arrival but acts as a contact for your every need.

Late arrival of executives can be met by a pre-arranged oven ready meal as well as a light hospitality welcome pack which will automatically be waiting for them in their studio apartment on arrival (subject to availability and the length of their stay).

Extra services that can not usually be taken care of during the day such as dry cleaning can also be arranged through our Concierge to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable as possible.

  • A front door security intercom system and spy hole fitted to each studio apartment door.
  • Premises are protected by 24 hour CCTV security system with security lighting.
  • Cable telecommunication and television system points have also been installed allowing modem access and are easy to "turn on".
  • For piece of mind each studio apartment has also been fitted with state of the art safes, to keep your personal belongings and documentation locked away.

There is the use of a washing machine/dryer, irons and boards for those who do not wish to send their clothes out are also available on site.
